English Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring by Kirk Kara

The Fun:

We've talked vintage diamond cuts in the past but to refresh your memory: there was a definite evolution to diamond cutting over the centuries.  As technology and precision developed, the march to our modern round brilliant cut left gorgeous variations in it's wake.  The English cut, shown here, was one such vintage cut which was most likely fashioned 100-150 years ago.  Now that is seriously cool...and one of a kind!

14K white gold Stella carved diamond ring by Kirk Kara. One english cut diamond, 5.61x5.75x3.66mm, .76CT, SI1 clarity, H color. Also set are 2 round brilliant cut surprise diamonds, .02pts, VS2-SI1 clarity, GH color. .78TCW. Ring size 6.5.
