Your happiness and our reputation as a world class provider of jewelry is what we aspire for. If for any reason you require assistance or have a concern on any of the items you have purchased from Canadian Jewelry Exchange, please contact us and we’ll work hard to resolve any issue that arises.
Ship us your items by a courier, such as FedEx or Purolator. Package everything securely and address it to: CJEX, #101-590 KLO Road, Kelowna, BC V1Y 7S2. Include your phone number so our buyer can contact you to discuss your options. Since courier services do not offer insurance on jewelry items, sending the items to us is done at your own risk. If you decide not to sell your items, we will return them to you prepaid, no handling charges will apply.
Our buyer is available by appointment only. Your jewelry will be evaluated and the buyer will explain your options. We offer immediate cash price, a trade-in price and a consignment price. You must be 18 years of age and have one of the following valid photo ID with you: Drivers License, Provincial ID, Indian Status, Passport or Conditional Release. Please note at this time we are not purchasing loose gemstones or pearls.
The consignment price we will offer is what you will receive when the item is sold.
Most of our pieces are unique. They cannot be ordered in another size, but they can be resized in our jewelry studio. Contact us for more details.
Yes, when you enter your credit card details you do so over a secure connection. You will see the ‘closed padlock’ symbol in the bottom of the browser window. This means the transmission of the data is done using 128bit encryption so no one can see it.
When we receive your order we will verify the information and ship the jewelry to you.
We offer a 15-day money back guarantee as long as the items are not worn or altered in any way. This is not a store credit; we will return your money. For our out of town customers, please send us an email and we will be happy to let you know the procedure to use.

Yes we do. If you require your order to be shipped to another country, payment must be made by bank wire. Simply contact us and we will calculate shipping costs to the desired destination and give you a total and our banking information for you to provide payment. We do not accept credit cards on orders shipping outside North America. Please note you may be charged duties, customs fees and/or taxes depending on where you live and these are your sole responsibility.
We are a Canadian business that ships anywhere in North America. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $500. Orders under $500 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $20. Currency in Canadian (CAD) funds.
For orders in Canada and the United States, please allow 2-3 business days for shipment. Shipping times vary depending on destination and method of shipment. Please request an estimated delivery date if needed. If you wish an item to be shipped the same or next day, please place a telephone order by calling 1-877-763-2099. For insurance purposes, a tracking number will not be provided, however, you may contact us to track the package and inform you of its status.

Canadian Jewelry Exchange gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged and unaltered merchandise purchased for full refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Purchases made by debit card will be refunded in cash or cheque. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to your receipt for details.
All special orders are a final sale. All deposits and down payments are non-refundable. Deposits toward a layaway are non-refundable.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchange. Please refer to your receipt for details.
You can send the unworn, undamaged and unaltered item(s) back to us within 15 days of receipt date at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please include the following information with your return:
• Your name and billing address
• The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order
• The original or copy of your receipt

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
