Selling your gold and diamonds should be a comfortable process, so we set out to make that happen. We appreciate that you may be apprehensive and our goal is to ease your worries by making the process truthful and transparent. Our buyers will give you a detailed estimate of what your gold, diamonds and Rolex watches are worth using state of the art equipment. This process is completely confidential and if at any time you want to reconsider selling your gold you are free to do so without any obligation to us.

If you have jewelry you would like to sell, please text or call our buyer Mark directly at 250-215-3514 to arrange an appointment.
If you cannot come to our location you may choose to send it to us by Express Post, Fed Ex, Purolator or another carrier you feel comfortable with. Package everything securely and send to:

#2. In a secure and modern setting our trained staff will assess your item(s) and present you with several options including:
- Cash: Sell on the spot with immediate payment.
- Exchange: Best Option! Upgraded value to exchange your items for jewelry on our website.
- Consignment: Higher payout – however you have to wait until the item(s) sell. There is a $40 non refundable per piece administration fee to place items on consignment. This covers preparation for sale, restoration & photography. Additional fees may apply if necessary.
The assessment process is free and you are under no obligation to sell your items. All consultations are held in the strictest confidence.
If you choose not to sell your items, we are responsible to ship them back to you. Please note that we will not cover the shipping costs to return costume jewelry (ie: items that are not gold, silver, diamonds, etc).
#3. We understand that selling your jewelry is an emotional process, and we take this responsibility very seriously. If you change your mind you may buy the item(s) back for the same price as long we still have it in stock.*
