What Do You Do?
We buy gold and diamond jewelry from the public and resell the saleable items for around one third of the appraised value. To fill in our inventory we also offer new fine jewelry, and loose diamonds.
If I Live Outside Of Kelowna, How Can I Sell, Exchange Or Consign My Jewelry?
Ship us your items by a courier, such as FedEx or Purolator. Package everything securely and address it to: CJEX, 520 Bernard Ave. Kelowna, BC V1Y 6P1. Include your phone number so our buyer can contact you to discuss your options. Since courier services do not offer insurance on jewelry items, sending the items to us is done at your own risk. If you decide not to sell your items, we will return them to you prepaid, no handling charges will apply.
What Can I Expect To Happen When I Bring My Jewelry Into Your Store?
Our buyer is available by appointment only. Your jewelry will be appraised and the buyer will explain your options. We offer immediate cash price, a trade-in price and a consignment price. You must be 18 years of age and have one of the following valid photo ID with you: Drivers License, Provincial ID, Indian Status, Passport or Conditional Release.
Do You Take A Certain Percentage Or Commission On Consignment Pieces?
The consignment price we will offer is what you will receive when the item is sold.
I Saw A Ring On Your Site But I Want A Different Size. Can I Order It In Another Size?
Most of our pieces are unique. They cannot be ordered in another size, but they can be resized in our jewelry studio. Contact Us for more details.
Are My Credit Card And Personal Details Secure When I Order?
Yes, when you enter your credit card details you do so over a secure connection. You will see the 'closed padlock' symbol in the bottom of the browser window. This means the transmission of the data is done using 128bit encryption so no one can see it.
When Is My Credit Card Charged?
When we receive your order we will verify the information with your bank, charge your card through our store, and ship the jewelry to you.
What If I Don't Like The Jewelry Once I Buy It?
We offer a 15-day money back guarantee as long as the items are not worn or altered in any way. This is not a store credit; we will return your money. For our out of town customers, please send us an email and we will be happy to let you know the procedure to use.
